Have all Cherish products been previously worn?
Yes! All our products are either vintage or second-hand. This means all our pieces have had previous owners and have likely been worn. 
Are the products cleaned prior to sale?
Absolutely. All Cherish products have been thoroughly laundered, sanitized, and/or professionally dry cleaned. Please note that older pieces, particularly leather products, may still sometimes retain their original odours even after being professionally cleaned. 
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. However, in some cases we may be able to cancel your order if we receive your cancellation request before the order has shipped. Once an order has received shipping confirmation we are unable to cancel that order. Please note all cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 
When will my order be processed for shipment?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
Why am I being charged tax if the items are second-hand?
Cherish has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Canadian jurisdictions that charge provincial and government sales tax.
Can I consign with Cherish?
At this time we are unable to accept items for consignment.
Where is Cherish based?
We are based out of Vancouver, Canada.
